2007 : The Beginning
Barry Saad, our Founder and CEO, began Truck Tech from the back of his ute, driven by a passion for heavy vehicle repair and a vision to transform the industry.
Truck Tech was founded by Barry Saad with a bold vision: to transform the heavy vehicle fleet maintenance industry through innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service. From a single workshop, we’ve grown into Australia’s leading independent service provider, operating four state-of-the-art facilities across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. We service over 7,000 active assets annually, spanning food logistics, public transport, waste management, and more. Our commitment to integrating advanced technologies, including electric and hydrogen vehicles, ensures we stay at the forefront of the industry. At Truck Tech, we’re not just servicing and repairing vehicles — we’re driving the future of heavy vehicle service.

Secured our first workshop in Condell Park, NSW, affectionately known as “The Backyarder.” Truck Tech quickly gained a reputation for pride, honesty, and quality in every service.
Formalized our partnership with Camp Quality, dedicating time and resources to support kids fighting cancer. To date, we’ve raised over $250,000 for this important cause.
Expanded our team with skilled mechanics and a dedicated customer service department, driven by our commitment to safer, smarter, technology-driven repairs. Began supporting the McGrath Foundation, helping families affected by breast cancer.
Doubled in size and launched the TTG Tyre Division. Opened our first large-scale workshop in Chipping Norton, NSW, and introduced a pop-up workshop in the Central Coast region.
During Australia’s “Black Summer,” we delivered essential supplies to frontline workers. Amidst the pandemic, we launched Team Sanitise Cleaning Company, providing jobs and ensuring safe transportation for the community.
Marked 15 years of Truck Tech with the launch of our Victoria branch in Dandenong, further extending our reach and services.
